Why I'm torn on this.

The room I had was clean and comfortable , making my stay pleasant overall. Plus, the onsite restaurant offered truly delightful food that exceeded my expectations.

Yet, the customer service left a lot to be desired, with rude interactions and mismanagement at times that soured my experience.

The bed was comfy, but the old AC unit was super noisy.

Housekeeping neglect resulted in unclean rooms without bed changes over multiple nights, while the air conditioning units struggled to operate quietly, making for an uncomfortable stay. On top of that, key card issues required multiple trips to reception for replacements, which quickly became a hassle.

the pool area has a great putting green for fun. rooms need better sound insulation from outside.

my stay was not at all what I expected. the room was so old and tired, and housekeeping never came. the AC sounded like a dinosaur and my key, oh my, worked only 3 times! I almost gave a good review, but I woudl ve been thrilled to get some kind of compensation for this disaster. lastly, no complimentary gift? surprising.

Incredibly disappointing to find dirty bathrooms and rooms. black footprints in the shower!!! Front desk operations felt disorganized during check-in, leading to significant frustration.

Awesome place with amenities like free parking, a bar area, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, staff helped me find parking, which I appreciated. I’ll be back for a business trip!

Comfortable room, inviting atmosphere, with a clean environment and a well-lit parking lot that made me feel secure about my vehicle while also enjoying the outdoor seasonal pool and bar area on-site.
